Flagship ATV Offers Ultimate Enjoyment from the Rockies to the Ranch

Powered by a 749cc, 90-degree V-twin, the Brute Force® 750 4x4i serves up the perfect recipe of amazing torque and impressive strength to devour just about any obstacle the trail will throw at it. Kawasaki’s flagship ATV showcases the trickest technology in everything from its dual-range four-wheel drive to self-repairing radiator circuit breaker.

These innovations, along with a highly maneuverable chassis that provides amazing traction, handling and utility, are just some of the reasons the Brute Force 750 4x4i stomps the competition. Considering the company’s history of engineering and building world-class bridges and state-of-the-art bullet trains, it’s no wonder this sport utility is practically in a class of its own.

The Brute Force 750 4x4i boasts the most powerful ATV engine ever made by Kawasaki. The sport utility ATV’s ultra-reliable fuel-injected four-stroke offers peak performance and fast throttle response. 36mm throttle bodies feed the twin cylinders while a 32-bit CPU monitors coolant temperature, air intake temperature and pressure, throttle position, vehicle speed and crankshaft angle to deliver the optimum fuel mixture for the conditions and elevation. Crisp engine response is the result of instantaneous fuel delivery, making this engine ideal for sport riders.

A precise light feel at the throttle lever helps minimize rider fatigue, thanks to a lower spring rate on the throttle return and ball bearings in the throttle bodies. The powerful V-twin is mated to a fully automatic, dual-range Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) that is well protected and features an air duct that is highly effective at cooling and helps prevent the intrusion of water and mud.

Selectable two- or four-wheel drive operation can be activated through a simple handlebar control. In four-wheel-drive mode, the Brute Force 750 4x4i utilizes the limited-slip front differential to help maintain steering response and ease steering effort at the bars.

For even greater control in the most challenging spots, the rider can manage the amount of power to both front wheels with Kawasaki’s Variable Front Differential Control by using a small control lever on the left handlebar. Anyone who has experienced traversing deep mud, slippery uphill trails or large logs or rocks will quickly appreciate this advantage that does not require dismounting the vehicle.

Premium Cardan joints are featured on the front drive shafts of the Brute Force 750 4x4i. Similar to U-joints, Cardan joints help absorb torque fluctuations to the drive shaft, and the lightweight design helps to reduce vibration. The small and compact rear final gear case and sealed rear braking system are extremely rugged and efficient.

The Brute Force 750 4x4i includes a double-wishbone front suspension layout that features shock absorbers mounted at the optimum angle between the upper and lower wishbones to help minimize sag and maintain higher ground clearance once a rider sits on the ATV.

The front suspension features adjustable shocks with 6.7” of travel and works in concert with the independent A-arm rear suspension that provides 7.5” of travel. A combination of needle bearings and ball joints in the lower rear A-arms gives the IRS unrivaled suspension action, while boosting stability and enhancing rider comfort.

To prevent movements of the differential due to throttle inputs in 4×4 mode from affecting the steering, the complete steering assembly is positioned to avoid the steering shaft’s bottom end having any direct connection to the front differential housing. This isolation provides smoother handling and more precise steering.

For those times when that power needs to be stopped, the shaft drive integrates a rear braking system within the aluminum swingarm where it operates in a sealed oil bath. This protects the brake from mud, dust and debris, and is virtually maintenance-free. This rear brake system’s compact size provides more ground clearance than a conventional rear disc brake system and, together with dual front discs, enable the rider to bring the Brute Force 750 4x4i to a quick halt.

Enhancing the highly effective braking is the Kawasaki Engine Brake Control, which increases control by providing engine braking under certain conditions when going downhill.

Holding all this technology together is a strong, tubular steel frame with key reinforced areas such as the front A-arm mounts, rear stabilizer mounts, engine mounts and footrest mounts. The focus on exceptional strength results in optimum handling over the roughest terrain and legendary Kawasaki durability. The frame’s ability to absorb impact when sport riding over logs and rocks boosts the rider’s comfort and makes it easier to maintain speed in a wide variety of conditions.

Sturdy cargo racks feature a reliable – and simple – set of tie-down hook points for securing a load. The cargo racks can carry a combined total of 264 lb, making them more than ready to accommodate the rider’s supplies, tools and/or outdoor adventure gear.

A large 5-gallon fuel tank is located beneath the seat to help keep the center of gravity as low as possible while providing ample fuel range. Helping to keep weight in check, aluminum footpegs are surrounded by strong full-sized composite floorboards.

The capable Brute Force 750 4x4i can also tow a hefty 1,250 lb – all it needs is a standard hitch ball. Other features include the waterproof storage box in the left front fender and an easily accessible storage pocket in the right front fender.

The attention to premium details from the ground up can be seen in the stylish six-spoke cast aluminum wheels on which are mounted aggressive tires that offer 9.4” of ground clearance and confidently transfer the awesome V-twin’s power to the trail.

Not to be outdone by the mechanical engineers, the bodywork designers emphasized the need for outstanding ergonomics. Urethane foam padding in the seat supports an upright riding position that remains comfortable for long hours in the saddle and enhances the rider’s ability to interact with the ATV. Such rider-active accommodations allow the operator to effectively scan the horizon or quickly glance at the automotive-style instrument panel.

Durable and stylish bodywork is molded from strong and scratch-resistant Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO). The hood, fenders, bumper and headlight accents were all designed to offer a wide and rugged appearance. New for 2015 is the Brute Force 750 4x4i will be available in Timberline Green.

Other design touches include dual wide-set 35-watt headlights, which help provide excellent lighting for nighttime rides, and an ultra-convenient covered hood storage compartment that is large enough to hold two 16-oz. bottles.
